Responsibility
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive FMCG sales growth and brand penetration in key markets.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for trade promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and retail teams to execute in-store activations, merchandising, and promotional plans.
- Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and ROI optimization.
- Create compelling trade marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and sales tools for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Support the development of trade marketing plans aligned with company objectives and seasonal business cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, sales, or FMCG (preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
