Responsibility
- Develop and implement compliant pharmaceutical marketing strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory standards.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for brand growth.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and regulatory affairs, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build strong relationships and drive brand advocacy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they are accurate, compliant, and impactful.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with HCPs and KOLs.
