Responsibility
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement preventive maintenance programs and improve system reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and infrastructure to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal and client use.
- Respond to emergency service requests promptly, ensuring rapid resolution of critical technical issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in technical processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all technical operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technician, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems, depending on the specific technical domain.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and training junior staff members.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools, software, and diagnostic equipment relevant to the role.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
