Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to plan and execute electrical installations for new construction and renovation projects.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry best practices to minimize risks and accidents.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior electricians or apprentices as needed.
- Document work performed, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license or certification recognized in Indonesia (e.g., SKKNI or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed electrician in commercial, residential, or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., PUIL, IEC, or OSHA).
- Experience with electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, circuit testers, insulation testers).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to flexible schedules as project demands require.
