Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems across multiple properties.
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing, carpentry, and other building systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate specialized repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and support staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in a roving or multi-site role.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites in Bali.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
