Responsibility
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive program roadmaps that align with Oracle’s business objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively mitigate them through data-driven decision-making and contingency planning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and team resources to ensure optimal utilization and project success.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects in a global enterprise environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cloud technologies (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence and align diverse teams, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to dissect technical challenges and develop innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with Oracle’s product ecosystem.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with a global team across multiple time zones.
