Responsibility
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for platform systems, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
- Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and backlog refinement using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric design.
- Drive API and microservices architecture decisions to enhance scalability and performance.
- Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product features and improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Champion best practices in product lifecycle management, from ideation to deployment and beyond.
- Mentor junior product owners and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex platform systems (e.g., SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise solutions).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and backlog management tools.
- Strong technical acumen in APIs, databases, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and user story mapping is highly desirable.
