Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and configuration of CCTV and surveillance systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to determine system requirements and feasibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in existing CCTV networks, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and junior team members on system operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality security equipment and components.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for security system installations.
- Monitor emerging trends in surveillance technology and recommend upgrades to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field (equivalent qualifications considered).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CCTV system installation, maintenance, or technical support.
- Proficient in IP/analog camera systems, NVRs, DVRs, and network configurations.
- Strong knowledge of wiring, cabling, and power supply requirements for security systems.
- Familiarity with access control and alarm systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates).
