Responsibility
- Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Manage tax audits, including SP2DK cases, and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
- Oversee the general ledger, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize the company's tax position.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate tax reporting.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on corporate taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling tax audits and resolving tax disputes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
