Responsibility
- Lead and manage the corporate audit function, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and implement audit plans, risk assessments, and control frameworks to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Oversee technical services, including process improvements, quality assurance, and technical support for production and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Prepare and present audit reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry certifications.
- Train and mentor audit and technical teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance audit methodologies and technical services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate audit, internal controls, or technical services, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of audit standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with a valid work permit or eligibility to obtain one.
