Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax laws (e.g., PPN, PPh).
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
