Responsibility
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Java and .NET applications.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure seamless functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system diagrams, user manuals, and process flows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within existing systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards in all system developments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis, application development, or enhancement delivery.
- Proficient in Java and .NET frameworks, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with database design, SQL queries, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Java, .NET, or related technologies are a plus.
