As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure IT solutions.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and patches to ensure system integrity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Familiarity with cloud services, such as Azure or AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or CompTIA Security+, are a plus.
