Responsibility
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Accion Labs’ B2B technology solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-impact products on time and within budget.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, optimizing product positioning, and enhancing customer acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their pain points and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure Accion Labs remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and sales enablement, to maximize product adoption and success.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, with at least 3 years in a Product Director or similar leadership role, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise solutions.
- Strong track record of driving product strategy, revenue growth, and customer success in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver complex products.
- Deep understanding of technology trends, such as AI, cloud computing, data analytics, or cybersecurity, and their application in B2B solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience working in a global or remote-first environment is highly desirable.
