Responsibility
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Application, to define and implement ERP solutions tailored to financial operations.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to configure and customize financial modules within the ERP system.
- Support the integration of financial applications with other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation for financial processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial ERP applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, ERP implementation, or enterprise application support.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in ERP or financial applications is a plus.
