Responsibility
- Lead PMA Product Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for Keysightâs PMA software portfolio, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- AI & ML Integration: Design and implement AI-driven features to enhance product performance, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Customer Requirement Management: Partner with global clients to gather, analyze, and prioritize software requirements for next-gen solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Software Architecture: Develop scalable, modular architectures for high-performance measurement and automation systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Agile Development: Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery.
- IP & Patent Contributions: Identify opportunities for patentable innovations and contribute to Keysightâs intellectual property portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs/Masterâs in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of R&D software development experience.
- Expertise in AI/ML: Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data-driven algorithm development.
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong skills in C++, C#, or Java, along with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Measurement & Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with test & measurement systems, LabVIEW, or MATLAB is a plus.
- Cloud & Big Data: Experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and big data tools (Spark, Kafka).
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead technical discussions, present to stakeholders, and document complex systems.
- Agile/DevOps: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to debug, optimize, and innovate in high-stakes environments.
