Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing and monitoring security protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy, and optimize IT solutions that align with business goals.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff and support teams.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Certifications such as MCSA, RHCE, or CCNA are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
