Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Define and implement QA best practices, ensuring high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine testing strategies.
- Identify, analyze, and report software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging QA technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, JMeter).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
- ISTQB or similar QA certification is a plus.
