Responsibility
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance.
- Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover) to measure supply chain performance and report insights to leadership.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry best practices in manufacturing and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; Masterās or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in NPI and manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in a global or regional capacity.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/analytics tools.
- Certifications such as CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided).
