Responsibility
- Lead the procurement of raw materials, components, tooling, and services to ensure uninterrupted production and 100% customer service levels.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and minimize lead times.
- Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and resolve supply chain disruptions proactively.
- Analyze demand forecasts and market trends to anticipate material requirements and mitigate risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or logistics, preferably in manufacturing or medical device industries.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a focus on results.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
