Responsibility
- Lead and supervise manufacturing teams to achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to resolve production issues and enhance workflows.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines to maintain a secure and sustainable work environment.
- Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to dynamic production schedules as needed.
