Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of plant facilities, including Demin and Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements.
- Manage facility budgets, including cost control for maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures.
- Document all maintenance activities, system upgrades, and compliance audits in accordance with company protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilities engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in water treatment systems (Demin/RO), including design, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation for facility monitoring.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Certifications in safety (e.g., OSHA) or quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
