Responsibility
- Lead the architecture, design, and integration of complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of system development, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and operations, to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Drive technical innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, optimizing performance and minimizing downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on complex, multi-disciplinary systems.
- Proven expertise in system architecture, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of hardware-software co-design, embedded systems, and real-time operating systems.
- Experience with industry standards such as ISO, IEEE, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
