Responsibility
- Perform and assist in X-ray and diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide pre- and post-procedural patient care, including education, preparation, and monitoring.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records, imaging results, and nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare teams to deliver seamless patient care.
- Maintain and operate radiology equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies or adverse reactions during procedures.
- Uphold infection control and hygiene standards in all clinical settings.
- Participate in training, quality improvement initiatives, and stay updated on advancements in radiology nursing.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with specialization in radiology or diagnostic imaging.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior/Staff Nurse in X-ray or radiology departments.
- Proficient in operating X-ray machines, PACS, and other radiology equipment.
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety, patient positioning, and imaging techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is mandatory; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
