Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize clinic performance, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of medical and administrative staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control, to ensure profitability.
- Enhance patient experience by implementing best practices in service delivery and feedback management.
- Collaborate with medical directors and stakeholders to align clinic operations with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, infection control protocols, and quality assurance measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process optimization, and technology integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic or hospital management, with a proven track record in operational leadership.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and Indonesian medical practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics analysis.
- Experience with healthcare management software (e.g., EMR, HMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
