Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound) with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to interpret imaging results and provide accurate diagnostic support.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout all procedures.
- Mentor and train junior radiographers and support staff in best practices and protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures, patient data, and equipment logs.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to radiation safety regulations and infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Radiographer, with senior-level expertise preferred.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound equipment.
- Valid certification or licensure in radiography (e.g., from a recognized medical board or institution).
- Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
