Responsibility
- Deliver high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in compliance with hospital protocols and ICU standards.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, lab results, and clinical status, responding swiftly to changes in condition.
- Administer IV medications, blood products, and advanced treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and troubleshoot ventilators, ECG monitors, and other ICU equipment with precision.
- Collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and specialists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate, detailed electronic health records (EHR) and nursing documentation.
- Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients’ families during critical care situations.
- Adhere to infection control policies and ensure a sterile, safe ICU environment.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (STR) in Indonesia; Bachelor’s in Nursing (S.Kep) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care experience; fresh graduates with strong clinical training may be considered.
- Certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) or BLS (Basic Life Support) is a plus.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian (verbal and written) for effective team and patient communication.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with ICU-specific software (e.g., Philips IntelliVue, Epic) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated compassion, resilience, and commitment to patient-centered care.
