Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Inpatient and Outpatient units, with a focus on X-ray and diagnostic imaging support.
- Assist radiologists and technicians in preparing patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, medical history, and reactions during and after imaging procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including imaging results and nursing notes.
- Collaborate with doctors, radiologists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and maintain a sterile, organized work environment.
- Educate patients and families on procedure preparations, post-care instructions, and general health practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; active nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse, with 1+ year in X-ray/radiology support preferred.
- Proven experience in patient care, diagnostic imaging assistance, and medical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards, infection control, and radiation safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical imaging software.
