Responsibility
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in vital signs or clinical status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment and technology used in critical care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with best practices in ICU nursing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing License in Singapore (SNB registration).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Intensive Care Nursing or a related critical care setting.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, emergency response, and critical care interventions.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with compassion and professionalism.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or willingness to obtain it.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
