Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of hemodialysis nurses, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans for chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients.
- Monitor and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring functionality, sterility, and compliance with safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to uphold high-quality care and professional development.
- Coordinate with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers to provide holistic patient support.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment logs, and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized dialysis unit, adhering to infection control and hygiene protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on advancements in renal care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) with a valid nursing license in Indonesia or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in hemodialysis nursing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or charge nurse role.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing or Hemodialysis (e.g., CNN, CDN) is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong knowledge of dialysis machines, vascular access care, and emergency protocols for renal patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with renal care best practices and industry standards.
