Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate and supportive environment.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and end-of-life care options with sensitivity and clarity.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment in compliance with infection control and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in inpatient care, palliative care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and families.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of palliative care principles and a commitment to providing dignified and respectful end-of-life care.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
