Responsibility
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Develop and implement IT security policies and best practices to safeguard corporate data and systems.
- Oversee system integration and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with global teams to align IT strategies with business objectives and innovation roadmaps.
- Manage IT project lifecycles, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and IT staff.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing proactive solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to drive digital transformation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in enterprise infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and networking (Cisco, VMware, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or ITIL are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
