Responsibility
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage tax filings, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Conduct tax planning and advisory to optimize fiscal efficiency for clients or the organization.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (or equivalent). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or auditing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh, PPN, PPH 21/23) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, SAP, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for stakeholder communication.
- Certifications such as Brevet A/B, CPA, or CA are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
