Responsibility
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of digital workplace tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, collaboration suites) to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Develop and execute a digital workplace strategy aligned with DKSH’s business objectives and IT roadmap.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital tools, including user adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to identify pain points and implement scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Monitor and analyze usage metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital workplace initiatives.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data governance standards are met for all digital workplace technologies.
- Drive automation and integration of workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital workplace technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital workplace management, IT service delivery, or enterprise collaboration tools.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with user training, change management, and adoption strategies.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
