Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to automate identity lifecycle management.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems (HR, ERP, Active Directory, etc.) using APIs and connectors.
- Configure and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in SailPoint best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging IAM trends and recommend improvements to enhance security and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years in SailPoint.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or similar IAM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM protocols.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, PowerShell) for automation and customization.
- Certifications such as SailPoint Certified Professional, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
