Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets.
- Recommend and implement solutions to optimize business performance.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience in the ICT sector is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is advantageous.
