Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology solutions that align with MSIGâs strategic objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of business technology solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, minimizing disruptions and maximizing performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer service.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance competitive advantage.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes, system architectures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all technology implementations.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business technology solutions, with a focus on insurance or financial services preferred.
- Proven expertise in system design, integration, and project management, with a track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and API-driven architectures.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
