Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack solutions, from frontend interfaces to backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Conduct system requirement studies and feasibility analyses to identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, best practices, and innovation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug systems, and implement solutions to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in our tech stack.
- Document technical processes, system designs, and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Solutions Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering complex software projects.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL and NoSQL) and API development (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
