Responsibility
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor network systems, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions.
- Configure and optimize cloud services, including storage, computing, and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy scalable network solutions.
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and troubleshoot user issues.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect cloud and network assets.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator or Network Support Specialist.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security measures.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, CCNA) are a plus.
