Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive strategic business decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis and present findings to senior management.
- Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to enhance business operations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure team members are aligned with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process reengineering.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
