Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of B2B AI and enterprise application projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
- Oversee the integration of CRM, automation, and AI-driven tools into existing enterprise systems.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in software/project management, with a focus on B2B AI, enterprise applications, or CRM systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and integration technologies in an enterprise context.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
