Responsibility
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital health transformation initiatives at SGH, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative digital health solutions, including telemedicine platforms, AI-driven diagnostics, and integrated EHR systems, to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical, IT, and operational teams to identify digital health opportunities, assess feasibility, and drive adoption across the hospital network.
- Manage cross-functional projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital health initiatives.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and research institutions to stay at the forefront of digital health innovation.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital health to inform SGH’s long-term strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of digital health solutions among healthcare professionals and patients.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI of digital health projects to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital health, healthcare IT, or health technology innovation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects in healthcare, including the implementation of EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, PDPA), and compliance requirements in the digital health space.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain in healthcare is highly desirable.
