Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s IT market through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client business needs and recommend tailored IT solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase Ridik’s IT products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing) to align sales strategies with product development and customer support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to position Ridik as a market leader.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in IT sales, enterprise software, or technology solutions, preferably in the Southeast Asian market.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, SaaS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and client interactions.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a competitive environment.
