Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading systems and financial applications.
- Lead software architecture decisions and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders, analysts, and product managers.
- Optimize system performance for low-latency, high-frequency trading environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Implement robust testing, monitoring, and deployment pipelines.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in fintech.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in fintech or trading systems.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages for high-performance applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architectures.
- Experience with financial protocols (FIX, REST APIs) and real-time data processing.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global team.
