Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders on project progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive continuous improvement and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex technology projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
