Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global standards.
- Analyze financial data and processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to design and implement scalable financial solutions that enhance reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Automate manual financial processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and free up resources for strategic initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud, providing training, support, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements while maintaining data integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial systems and cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA, Oracle Certification) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, business analysis, or financial systems, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, process optimization, and data analysis, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and cloud-based financial solutions.
- Experience with SQL, Excel (advanced), and financial modeling tools; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
