Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of international IT infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
- Design and deploy scalable cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Oversee network architecture, security protocols, and disaster recovery plans to ensure system resilience.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for infrastructure projects in diverse regulatory environments.
- Optimize infrastructure performance through monitoring, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including SOPs, architectural diagrams, and post-implementation reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CCNP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project delivery, with a focus on international deployments.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, SD-WAN), firewalls, and cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Excellent project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies and budget oversight.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Ability to travel internationally as required for project kickoffs, client meetings, or site assessments.
