Responsibility
- Analyze and document current business processes across lending, credit, sales, branch operations, collections, and finance to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to align process improvements with business objectives.
- Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency in operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our processes remain competitive and compliant.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on process performance and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masterās degree or professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in the financial services, lending, or credit industry.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process reengineering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
