Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Follow best coding practices and standards defined by software management to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Adhere to secure coding practices in compliance with OWASP guidelines to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, and refactoring legacy code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold development standards.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Document technical specifications, architecture decisions, and development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in telecommunications or fintech.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js and modern frameworks (Spring, Django, Express, etc.).
- Strong understanding of secure coding principles (OWASP Top 10) and experience implementing security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
