Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions for e-Government and trade digitization initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and UX designers to define system requirements and architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security in distributed environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance system interoperability and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise or government solutions.
- Proficiency in backend development (e.g., Java/Spring, Node.js, Python/Django) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong expertise in database design (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
